Almost nobody in this market publishes corporate pricing. We think that wastes your time, so here's where our packages start.

300+ guests. Line array, video switching, stage wash, second tech, show calling. The full room.
from $6,000
100 to 300 guests. Full PA, wireless mics, screens, uplighting, and our full attention all night.
from $2,500
Up to 100 guests. Meetings, presentations, and smaller programs, done cleanly.
Every quote is written, itemized, and flat. W-9 and certificate of insurance the same day you ask. We carry $2M per occurrence, $3M aggregate.
Backup gear rides on every truck. Redundant wireless frequencies get coordinated before doors, not after a dropout.
We show up early enough that your sound check ends before your first guest parks.
Some of our largest corporate clients are under NDA, and we keep those. If your event needs discretion, that's a service we already provide, not a special request.
Our packages start at $2,500 for programs up to 100 guests, $6,000 for 100 to 300 guests, and $12,000 for full productions over 300. Every quote is itemized and flat, so you can take it straight to your budget owner.
Yes. In-house AV can be convenient for a projector in a breakout room. When the main program matters, planners bring us in as their own crew, and we coordinate directly with the venue on power, rigging, and load-in.
Same day you ask. We carry $2M per occurrence and $3M aggregate liability, and we've completed vendor paperwork for hotels, universities, and government venues.
