Silent Disco

750 headsets. Zero noise complaints.

The largest in-house silent disco fleet in Utah. Three channels, three colors, and a dance floor that goes as late as you want.

The concept

How it works

1. Grab a headset

Every guest gets fully charged wireless headphones at the door, adjustable to any head size.

2. Pick a channel

A switch flips between up to three music channels. The headset glows red, green, or blue to match, so you can see what everyone's dancing to.

3. Control your night

Everyone sets their own volume. Don't like this song? Switch DJs. The room stays quiet, and the party doesn't.

Why silent disco

Sound ordinances, hotel curfews, and shared venues end most parties early.

Not this one.

Silent disco means no noise complaints, no shutdown at 10pm, and no fighting the room next door. Hotels, rooftops, offices, and neighborhoods all work.

It's also just fun to watch: a room full of people singing along to three different songs.

Pricing

Packages and pricing

Our 100-headset package with two transmitters is $910 overnight or $1,800 for a Friday-to-Monday weekend, picked up from Farmington. That works out to about $9 a guest.

Need 300, 500, or all 750? Larger events are quoted flat, with delivery, setup, charging management, and an on-site tech. We're the only provider in Utah that can field 750 headsets without borrowing someone else's.

DJs for your channels are available, or bring your own. Any audio source with a line out can feed a transmitter.

Questions we actually get

How much does silent disco rental cost in Utah?

Our 100-headset package with two transmitters is $910 overnight, or $1,800 for a full weekend. Larger events up to 750 headsets are quoted flat with delivery and an on-site tech.

How many headsets do you actually have?

750 pairs, all owned in-house, all LED three-channel. We're the only provider in the state that can cover an event that size without sub-renting.

Is silent disco only for dance parties?

No. The same system runs conference translation, multi-track presentations, headphone cinema nights, and yoga classes. Three channels means three simultaneous programs in one room.

Do the headsets work outdoors?

Yes. Transmitters cover large outdoor areas, and battery power means no cabling. Silent disco is how outdoor venues with strict sound rules keep dancing past curfew.

Can we change the headset colors?

Each of the three channels has its own color: red, green, or blue. Guests see at a glance which channel everyone is on, which becomes half the fun.
