Destinations

Where the venue is the view.

Moab. Zion country. Bear Lake. Jackson Hole. The most memorable venues in the Mountain West don't come with production. We bring it.

The pattern behind every great destination venue

Desert resorts, ranch barns, glamping properties, and mountain lawns share one trait: almost none of them keep sound, lighting, or staging on site.

That's the plan, not the problem.

These venues are built around the setting and expect outside vendors to bring production. We're built to be that vendor: everything trucks, everything has a battery option, and every quote is flat with travel stated plainly.

How destination production works with us

You send the venue and date. We scout by phone, photos, and venue contacts, then map power, access, and weather backup before we quote.

The quote is one flat number: gear, crew, travel, and setup. Your rental math is checkable against our published rates, which no one else out here offers.

On event day the crew arrives early, dresses for the room, and carries backups for every signal path, because the nearest replacement is hours away.

Markets we serve

Moab & the red rock

Desert venues, ranch resorts, and glamping properties around Arches and Canyonlands. Off-grid power and wind-rated rigs are the specialty here.

Zion & southern Utah

Luxury desert resorts and canyon-country venues where gear must be silent, subtle, and self-powered. Discretion expected, NDAs familiar.

Bear Lake & the north

Lakeside events, family celebrations, and corporate retreats. Close enough for same-day setup, remote enough to need everything brought in.

Questions we actually get

How do travel fees work for destination events?

One flat quote, with travel stated as its own plain line. Gear pricing matches our published rental rates, so you can check the math. No per-mile surprises after the fact.

Can you produce events where there's no power at all?

Yes. Battery-powered PA and lighting handle most remote sites, and quiet generators cover full productions. Power planning happens before the quote, not at load-in.

Do you work with venue and planner teams?

Always. Destination events run through planners and venue ops, and we slot into that: certificates of insurance same day, site walks by video, and one contact from quote to load-out.

What events travel best?

Corporate retreats, destination weddings, brand activations, and milestone parties. Silent disco travels especially well: no noise ordinance problems at venues surrounded by wilderness or neighbors.
